Greg is a pioneer in the industry whose knowledge and experience dates back more than 40 years. Greg tells us all about his training at the Seagram's Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, the transitions of ownership of the distillery over the years, and how he began the process of creating the mash bill for his newest venture, Old Elk Bourbon. We also hear all about the exciting things happening at the Old Elk Distillery and we taste through Old Elk's Straight Bourbon and two special releases: the Old Elk Infinity Blend and Old Elk Sour Mash Batch 3.
